A preparation and simulation workshop for Program Increment planning events. Participants learn the mechanics of PI Planning, how to prepare content, how to facilitate team breakouts, and how to manage dependencies, risks, and commitments across an Agile Release Train.

WSJF Weighted Shortest Job First

Half-day

A focused workshop on Weighted Shortest Job First the SAFe-recommended prioritization model for backlogs and portfolio epics. Teams learn how to score features and epics using Cost of Delay and job duration, practice applying WSJF in a simulation, and develop a shared prioritization language across roles.
