Understand
Interpret a request and identify what information or action is needed.
Our AI agent development services connect approved business data, tools and enterprise applications so agents can perform real workflows. We design human approvals, access controls and audit trails into delivery, with a Dallas-based team serving organizations nationwide.
Delivery framework
From business need to production-ready AI
Business-led, with people accountable for decisions and approvals.
An enterprise agent is a software capability designed around a defined task. We shape its role, information sources, integrations, permission boundaries and escalation behavior around the process it supports.
Interpret a request and identify what information or action is needed.
Find relevant records, documents and knowledge from authorized sources.
Call approved tools and update connected systems within defined permissions.
Route ambiguity, exceptions and consequential decisions to a person.
Examples of agent capabilities we can evaluate and design for enterprise workflows.

Explore this workflowA simplified customer request workflow illustrates the shift: the agent coordinates routine work across systems while people remain accountable for exceptions and approvals.
Before
Customer sends email
Employee reads request
Search CRM and ERP
Re-enter information
Prepare and send response
With an AI agent
Customer request
Agent understands intent
Retrieves authorized records
Executes approved workflow
Human approval if needed
Responds and records activity
AI does the repetitive work. Your people remain in control.
See Governance ControlsAn AI workflow connects the steps of a business process, such as intake, lookup, drafting, routing and update, so an agent can carry routine work forward and hand off to a person where judgment or approval is needed.
Document the current steps, owners, systems and exceptions before deciding what to automate.
Link the applications and data sources the process already uses through approved integrations.
Define which actions an agent can take on its own and which need a named person's sign-off.
Keep a traceable log of what the workflow did, so teams can review and improve it.
Once one agent is useful, teams usually want more. An agent ecosystem gives several specialized agents shared tools, common permissions and clear handoffs, so they can coordinate across a process while remaining governed and observable.
Each agent has a defined job, such as intake, research, execution or review, rather than one agent doing everything.
Agents use a common set of approved integrations and knowledge sources instead of one-off connections.
Work passes between agents, and to people, with clear rules for who owns each step.
Permissions, monitoring and escalation are managed across the whole set of agents, not agent by agent.
Illustrative example
A customer writes in that an invoice looks wrong. One Command Agent coordinates the specialists and brings in a person for the decision that needs one.
Command Agent
Plans the work and assigns each step
Reads the request, decides which agents are needed and in what order, passes context between them, checks every result against policy, and escalates to a person when a limit is reached.
Classifies the request, identifies the customer and account, and flags urgency.
Uses: Email and ticketing system
Retrieves the invoice, order and payment history from authorized systems.
Uses: Billing and ERP, read-only
Compares the records, finds the cause, and prepares a correction or credit.
Uses: Billing adjustments, within set limits
Drafts the reply in the company's tone and logs it on the customer record.
Uses: Email and CRM
Person in the loop: a credit above the approved limit goes to a named finance approver. The Command Agent waits for the decision and records who approved it.
Guardrails: each agent can use only its own tools, and every step is logged.
This example is illustrative. Actual agents, tools, limits and approvers are defined with you for your process.

Agents must work within enterprise identity, information and system boundaries. We design connections and access around your requirements—not as an afterthought.
Discovery starts with your workflow owner, the task and its current baseline, approved systems and data sources, and the actions the agent may take. Your team authorizes access and identifies decisions that must remain with a person; we turn those inputs into the workflow and integration design.
Every engagement is shaped around your workflow, and scope varies from client to client. Typically, alongside the custom agent build, you receive a workflow specification, integration and permission design, an evaluation plan, and operational handoff documentation. We confirm in the agreed scope which of these apply, and which systems, task boundaries, approval points, exception paths, and operating responsibilities they cover. The workflow above is illustrative, not a production acceptance record.
We agree evaluation cases and acceptance criteria with your workflow owner before production release, tailored to your process. Evaluation typically covers task completion, prevention of unsafe or unauthorized actions, escalation quality, latency, and per-workflow operating cost. Thresholds are set for your process and environment—not assumed from a demo. We run the agreed evaluation and document results for your team's release decision.
Your team defines which consequential actions require human approval and who can approve them. We name the post-launch operating owner with you and document monitoring, exception handling, and escalation responsibilities at handoff. Ongoing operation is agreed separately and depends on the engagement.
